New year, new adventures!

2026 is here and we are all stoked for what the new year brings!

We hope everyone had a relaxing and adventure filled holiday! We’re excited to

welcome you back to the start of 2026 and another great semester for VOCO. We’ve

got a lot of fun and exciting events coming up and can’t wait to see all your faces again.

What’s coming up in 2026?

Here is what we’ve got coming up:

Weekly climb nights will be held Wednesday nights at the Gneiss Hill Security location,

with twilight pricing for VOCO members ($12 drop in / $3 shoe rentals).

We’re also going to be bringing back run club as the weather warms up. TBD on the day

and time of the week but charge your watches and bust out your shoes!

We have a whitewater ski trip going out over reading week! This will be an epic one.

From Feb 17-20 join us for some epic shredding in the Kootenays and discounted lift

tickets and accommodations. Sign-ups are happening this week Wednesday from 2-

3:30pm and Friday from 10-11:30am.

These events (and many more in the works) are on their way to you this semester! We

are so happy to be back in action and can’t wait to make 2026 another incredible year

for VOCO!
